Our Leadership Team currently consists of the Senior Pastor, and three members of the church. The biblical term for this office of leadership within the church is called the eldership. The elders for The Grove are chosen by the Elders based upon 16 character, moral and spiritual qualifications. The Leadership Team advises, encourages, and works with the Pastor as the leaders of The Grove.
